Harveys, a little more.
Welcome to Harveys Westbourne – an intimate bistro where classic European flavours meet casual elegance. Founded by restaurateur Bradley Green (The Lord Bute) and French chef Ryan Dubois, Harveys blends British & French influences in a relaxed, stylish setting.
Inspired by the historic Harvey House restaurants of 19th-century America, we honour a legacy of refined hospitality with a fresh, modern twist. Our seasonal à la carte menu is complemented by signature salads, filled croissants, and gourmet sandwiches—all crafted with care and served with warmth.
We’re open daily for breakfast (8am–11am) and lunch (12pm–3:30pm), with dinner on Thursday to Saturday evenings (6pm–10pm). On Sundays, enjoy breakfast followed by our classic roast from 12pm–3pm.
With just 30 seats upstairs the “Green Room” private dining room downstairs and a sunny courtyard garden, Harveys offers an intimate escape in the heart of Westbourne. Whether you’re popping in for coffee or staying for a long dinner with drinks, we promise honest food, vibrant service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
We look forward to seeing you.

Saint-Clément
At Harveys, we believe every great meal deserves the right drink — and that includes beer. Saint-Clément is our exclusive house lager: light, crisp, and refreshingly easy to drink, with a clean 4.4% ABV that pairs beautifully with bistro-style food.
You won’t find it anywhere else. Saint-Clément is available only at Harveys — selected by us, served by us, and chosen to reflect the simple, relaxed charm of our dining experience. No gimmicks, no fuss — just a really good beer that feels right at home alongside a light mid-week lunch, or a Saturday night meal.
Raise a glass to Saint-Clément — brewed for easy moments and good food, only at Harveys.
Our Heritage – 22 Years in the Making
Harveys was born from a shared vision, years in the making, to create a place where exceptional food feels approachable and accessible. British Chef Bradley Green, the executive chef and director of the two AA Rosette and multi-award-winning “Lord Bute” Restaurant, and Ryan Aloïs Dubois, French former executive chef at Green's in London, have spent decades honing their craft, Ryan taking on the role of chef de cuisine at Bradley’s London restaurant and namesake in 2012. Yet, their dream was always to build a bistro that combines quality with value—where memorable meals come at a fair price.
With over 40 years of collective experience in some of the UK’s finest kitchens, Bradley and Ryan are committed to simplicity, flavor, and community. Their approach is grounded in respect for fresh, local ingredients and a belief that food should bring people together. Harveys is the culmination of that vision—a warm, welcoming space for everyone, serving food they love to make.
From morning coffee to our special Saturday dinners, Harveys invites you to experience the passion and purpose behind every dish.
